CLOVE

Cloves are one the most ancient spices which contains Eugenol Oil, recorded in history and continue to be one of the most widely  used spices to this day. These are dried aromatic unopened flower buds from the evergreen clove tree and are known for their sharp, fiery taste and strong aroma. They are held in high esteem for culinary use as a condiment in savoury meat dishes, fruit stews, bakery, deserts, beverages and pickles across Indian, Asian , African, Mediterranean and European cuisines, Cloves are also used for non-culinary, medicinal and aromatherapy purposes. They are native to Indonesia but are also cultivated in India, Sri Lanka, Zanzibar and Madagascar. The variety of cloves and their size differs depending on the production region. Cloves are a rich source of Vitamin E Calcium and Iron alongwith dietary fiber, Vitamin C and K, manganese and magnesium.
